Who I am
I'm Vladimir Vishar, a tattoo artist working at No Regrets Studios, UNIT 73 Yorkshire St, Salford M3 5EG. This site, vishartattoo.com, is my portfolio and enquiry point. You can contact me directly at [email protected].
What I collect, and why
When you use one of the enquiry forms on this site (for example the "Send this idea to Vladimir" box, or the book waitlist), you're asked for your name, a contact detail (email, WhatsApp number or Instagram username), your preferred reply method, and the tattoo idea or message you type in.
That information is sent to a private backend I run on Cloudflare, which forwards it to me so I can reply. It's used to respond to you and handle the tattoo request. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing. It may be processed by the site's technical providers where needed to deliver the message, and if you proceed with booking, may be used where needed to handle the enquiry or booking.
Booking itself is handled separately by No Regrets Studios' own enquiry process once a project is ready to book — that's outside this site and covered by the studio's own process.
Cookies & analytics
No cookies are set when you land on this site. A small banner offers the option to accept optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics) that help me see which pages are useful — they only load if you press Accept. If you press Decline, or close the banner without choosing, nothing is set.
Your cookie choice itself is stored in your browser's localStorage, not a cookie, so the banner doesn't keep reappearing.

Third parties
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which provides security and delivery for every visit. Fonts are served from Google Fonts. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics is used to see aggregate page-visit patterns — no analytics runs before that consent.
How long I keep things
Enquiry messages are kept only for as long as needed to reply and, if you go ahead, arrange the work. If you'd like your enquiry data deleted sooner, email me and I'll remove it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you. To do so, email [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with how a request is handled, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
